Well, we finally made it out of the heat and congestion of riverside. Our first stop was Ka
narraville Utah. Long day of driving. We spent the next day up in the cedar breaks area. Fall has come to the mountains and the quaking aspens were spectacular. Today we are in Junction Utah on the other side of the mountains. Don't think Utah will be our El Dorado because of the winters, but nothing has been ruled out. Will stay here a couple of days and check out the scenery. Our stress level is way down. Enjoying the clean air and low temperatures and lack of traffic.

Safe travels 🙏
ReplyDeleteLooks beautiful!!
ReplyDeleteWhat are the choices of USA states to find your "El Dorado"?
ReplyDeleteIdaho and Washington. Like Oregon best but too expensive to live and too liberal.
DeleteWe completed a 14 day Idaho trip (June), Spokane, Coeur d'Alene, Sandpoint, Moscow. Lewiston, McCall, Meridian-Boise, Twin/America/Idaho Falls, Yellowstone,Big Sky MO, Butte, Missoula, Coeur d'Alene. Have friends in Meridian, they say the town is turning liberal from new residents moving in. We prefer the northern area of the state, also no lines at Costco too!!
DeleteThat’s quite a trip. I can’t drive that much. What was your favorite place?
DeleteCouer d'Alene and Sandpoint over to Clark Fork around the lake.
DeleteNice restaurant on the Spokane River, outside seating, 1884 Bellerive Ln, Coeur d'Alene, ID 83814
